Sole Provider Advanced Foot Care reserves the right to:

• Withdraw and cancel services.
• Retain, and/or invoice 50% of booked service if cancelled within 24hrs of appointment.
• Refuse service if safety is a concern.
• Collect patient information and share it with the client's health care team, if there is a concern.
